Judi Barr, CIPS, CRS, CRP, GRI, specializes in corporate relocation and destination services for domestic and foreign nationals relocating to Houston, Texas and surrounding communities: The Woodlands, Sugarland, Katy, and Kingwood.

She assists buyers and sellers in residential new construction and resale properties and is a special needs consultant on childcare/eldercare, health care, school placement, consumer education, and local laws and customs orientation.

	Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) The CIPS designation is granted by the National Association of Realtors.  The exclusive CIPS designation, held by fewer than 1,000 International Practitioners worldwide, is the mark of excellence in International Real Estate.
	Certified Relocation Professional The CRP certification is conferred by the Employee Relocation Council (ERC). The designation denotes relocation professionals and is awarded to individuals who have demonstrate significant knowledge and expertise in all aspects of corporate relocation.
	Certified Residential Specialist The Residential Sales Council is the largest affiliate of the National Association of Realtors® with over 42,000 Certified Residential Specialists (CRS) and general members. Only 5% of all Realtors® have earned this prestigious credential.
	Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) The Institute is designed to educate practitioners about local, state and national real estate practices that affect them, their clients and customers. The designation indicates to the public that the individual has obtained a professional educational foundation on which to base the services they provide. Only members of the Realtor organization may earn the GRI designation.
